Hi! I'm Geo (Short for Georgia, don't call me that) and some of you may recognise me as DreamOnKid from lj. I didn't join sooner because I felt I was already trying to keep track of too many forums. But that's hardy an excuse, right?
Anyway, I answer to a plethora of names including but not limited to Scotty (don't ask), Rory, Dok, Dreamer and among my 'cebo friends, Hewitt (because it is, infact, my surname) My preference is either Geo or Scotty, really. But I appreciate the Hewitt sentiment amongst 'cebo and LAR peeps.
My current location is rural Victoria, Australia, but I'm liable to hop a plane should finances allow.
My musical taste is sporadic and forever evolving, but the core of my favourites include Foo Fighters, (for over half my life, so be warned I can get a little overzealous) Jackson United, NIN, Face to Face, Nofx, The Germs, Viva Death, Goon Moon, Queens of the Stone Age and the Distillers (I have a girl crush on Brody Dalle)
Sorry, I'm a little wordy... I'm working on a local promotions/ event company with a friend that also includes a webzine aspect, that will be spruiking the hell out of LAR once its up ;D (I've also picked up the habit of saying certain things in italian, but I can't actually speak it)

Ooh, questions what would your chosen superpower be? Teleportation. To be anywhere in the world at any given time. what's your all time favourite music video? Tough. Off the top of my head, Closer by NIN, or...Low or Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters. what's the worst song you've ever listened to? I'm not sure I can actually answer this... ermm. I recently downloaded a colaboration between Lady Gaga and Marilyn Manson. That was pretty terrible. Probably not the worst though. Thanks for such a friendly welcome

Hi Geo, and welcome My question: 1, 2 or 3? 1. Let's get rich and buy our parents homes in the South of France 2. Let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance 3. Let's get rich and build out house on a mountain making everybody look like ants

since we know what song you dont like ( ;D ) whats your top 5 songs? or top 3...or just youre favourite one...your choice:) Ha, it's not really the worst. I just couldn't think of anything and that one popped into my head. It's actually grown on me slightly since I posted that. ANYWAY. Picking my top songs is HARD. The first two, there's no doubt, because they havn't changed since I was 13: 1. Aurora - Foo Fighters 2. Blinders - Jackson United. The rest are subject to change depending on mood, new discoveries, etc, but have also been fairly consistant in the last few years; Velocity - Face to Face Coma White - Marilyn Manson Crumble - ModWheelMood (But then I feel bad leaving out NIN and Goon Moon. Its just way, way to hard) Ask me again tomorrow and they'll be different. Except maybe F2F. which are better: Pirates, Ninja's, Vampires or Vampire Pirates, also known as Vamprates? Would Vampire pirates still get scurvy? I guess they wouldn't, so that would be pretty rad. But I think the whole immortal thing would get old pretty quickly, specially at sea. I think I'm going to have to say Ninjas though. Everyone likes a little bit of mystery. And ever since I wore all white from head to toe to a Manson concert (yeah, I'm a dick) a handful of people have been calling me White Ninja. (Coined by the security gard after he exclamined 'Whoa! White ninja!' when he thought I was going to collide with the barricade) And the word ninja just makes me think of the NIN/ Jane's Addiction tour, which just adds even more radness. Ninjas win. Btw do you like Baz Luhrmann's work? I don't think I ever want to see Strictly Ballroom ever again, after I studied it as 'film as text' in highschool, I know I've seen Moulin Rouge but it doesn't seem particularly memorable, but I did enjoy Australia, if not just a tad long winded... So I guess I'm indifferent. And I hear he's working on an adaptation of 'The Great Gatsby' which makes me nervous. Mainly because I enjoy the book, and I want it transfered to film with as much justice as possible. Wow. I'm talking/typing a lot tonight. Sorry

"Moulin Rouge not memorable"? *le gasp* I didn't like Australia that much to be honest. It felt like 2 different movies mixed together. (first half seemed to be like some comedy and the second like some "drama" with a happy ending?) Great Gatsby? Really? I've never heard of that news. Hmm, do we know who's gonna be in it?

I don't necessarily mean it isn't 'memorable', its just that I know I've seen it but I don't really remember it. It's been a long time, though. I felt Australia could have ended at any of three different points in the film. It was definatly written strangly. I wouldn't say it was a good film, but I enjoyed it. (I'm notorious for enjoying terrible films. Have you ever seen Tank Girl? ) Regarding the Great Gatsby, I don't even remember where I heard it. It is listed on his imdb profile though, but it yeilds no more infomation.
