Hello, I'm Naomi.
Used to post on Sweet Prince a while back, and on Bitter Pill and BSH in days long passed.
I've rather lost my faith in music at the moment but I'm here, waiting and hoping.

I'm from London. But an unexciting suburb I'm afraid, with no tube and little nightlife.

Hi Naomi, welcome to our little forum we call home. <3
I hope Beanie can restore your faith....
We seem to be getting a few SP'ers and BP people on here recently.
Ooh newbie question... what is your favourite film genre?
Hopefully see you around!
Amy xx

Oh, I used to live in London! I grew up in Kilburn, but then lived all over in the eternal search for cheap housing: Willesden, Bow, Hackney, Greenwich, Islington etc etc! I left about 10 years ago but I go back to visit from time to time. Are you from there, or did you end up there?

bellatrix - I'm partial to film noir and psychological horror, but I'd be happy with pretty much anything distributed by Tartan Films!
stella the minx - I've lived in London all my life apart from the six months I spent in the Netherlands earlier this year. Not sure if I could ever leave it for good!
Thank you for the welcome everyone.

Hi Naomi I was also on SP (sweet suzie). Which bands disappoint you? Or is it just music in general?

borntomesmer - The last book I read was Bigger Than Hitler, Better Than Christ by Rik Mayall. It was... far from highbrow, but made me laugh a lot.
zwetschke - I remember you! You had the avatar of Sooz from As If, right? And music in general seems to disappoint me at the moment, I haven't heard a new album that has excited me in quite some time.

Rik Mayall from The Young Ones? ?? oh damn I need to find that - i would SO not expect "highbrow" I just saw him recently in an Agatha Christie/BBC production - i had a major moment when i figured out who he was

Welcome Naomi I know how you feel, i've lost my faith in music as well - and i haven't heard anything that inspiring old *or* new in some considerable time, so i went back to Pink Floyd What's your all-time favourite song though?
