I don't have an elephant memory or anything, I just came across it and watched it the other day and noticed your name!
Have you read any Thomas Hardy?

nope, I'm not all that impressive with my knowledge of the classics, I really just started about two months ago. but before that I've read all Tolkien (more than just the four famous books), Rowling and Meyer before, and the Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy and The Catcher In The Rye.
please don't make me say any more titles.

OK I won't! I like Hardy cos he is so bleak - does that make sense?

Stop following me!!!!
You're wrong about the socks btw. I never take them off. They keep your feet warm, they stop your shoes from rubbing, you can keep money in them when there's a possibilty you might be robbed. What's not to love?!

wrong! it can get holes and if there's a loose thread it itches between your toes. they make you slip and if they're wet, they stay wet for the rest of the day. and I love to walk on dew-covered grass in the morning, because I'm an elf. what's to hate?

I guess I do hate it when I stand on a puddle in the kitchen and am left with a tiny wet patch on the sole of my foot. *bows to Bejoes and takes socks off*

Welcome, welcome =) Trillie's your sister? I never knew that... it adds up. *looks bemused* Socks...nooo...i hate socks.
Since you're doing the "classics" - can you suggest something for me to read? (I have even smaller experience with classic novels than you do... however Death Of A Salesman is great.)

Hi Bejoes! I'm Amy,
I've seen you around a fair amount on pfww... nice to see you here!
Random newbie question (which are way more fun)... who would win in a fight, a ninja or a a wizard?
Also, purple sky would rock. Just because.

Nilah, I think that The Catcher In The Rye would be a very good one for you to read, but don't blame me if you don't like it - I am horrible in guessing what others like. it's about a depressed teenager who wonders around after he ran away. (but trust me, it isn't half as emo as that just sounded. )
hi Amy! ninja versus wizard? tough one, tough one... but I guess the wizard would win. youknow, they have brooms...
